At the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2022 Matrix International presented the Experience collection designed by Danilo Fedeli, which is now completed with the LINE-UP table and LINE coffee tables, formal synthesis achieved through technological innovation.
Matrix International presented in June the Experience collection, designed by Danilo Fedeli, the result of a research not only for a specific style but for solutions that respect the environment. A wide-ranging series consisting of modular sofas, armchair, sideboard and chairs; coordinated furnishings born from a radical #design path of analysis of the idea of contemporary beauty with the goal of evolving it towards the real needs of our daily life. Values such as the implied durability of the highest quality determine upstream to revise the production cycle and downstream a virtuous life of the product that can be disassembled and recycled.
Experience is developed around a core idea: the use of the extruded aluminum from which the supports of the various furnishings take shape and therefore speak a single language. The rigorous, geometric shape of the supporting element becomes the recognizable feature of the Experience collection.
Just like the LINE-UP table and LINE side tables that now enter our homes: a series of fixed tables and coffee tables characterised by their rectangular shape and commanding proportions that give them a rigorous, sculptural appearance.
The aesthetic of LINE-UP is defined by the steel supporting structure, the style of which is a direct result of the technology used in its creation. The four legs with an upside down U #design are set onto the thickness of the table with a precise mitred angle.
The tabletop is made from a technical material with a double layer of aluminium laminate that guarantees high-performance up to the dimensions of 300 cm. Its exceptional scratch resistance and resistance to high temperatures allow LINE-UP to play a central role in both residential and work spaces.
The finished, beveled top overhangs the supporting structure, giving the #design an airy appearance. The tabletops are available in various finishes and in different colourways to meet the highest number of requirements.
The collection is enhanced by an addition of LINE occasional tables that, while reproportioned in size, maintain the same look, materials and finish.
The #design sensitivity of the designer has conquered and oriented the production of #matrix International, generating a technically advanced collection with a strong identity able to communicate with the world of architecture.
