Date for Eurobike 2025 is fixed

fairnamic GmbH sets the date for Eurobike 2025: June 25 to 29 – Two additional trade fair offshoots in Berlin and Jakarta in 2024 – Eurobike Istanbul 2024 will not take place as planned

Frankfurt am Main – Summer time is Eurobike time. Even before the start of the next Eurobike on July 3, 2024, fairnamic GmbH is setting the date for the next but one edition of the flagship trade fair in Frankfurt am Main. In 2025, the 33rd Eurobike will be held from Wednesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 29, 2025.

As a combined trade and end customer fair, the upcoming Eurobike is heading to set another participation record with more than 1,900 exhibiting companies from all over the world. The three kick-off days reserved for the international specialist audience (July 3 - 5) will be followed on July 6 and 7 by a festival-like weekend for the general public with events, race shows and opportunities to get involved and put exhibits to the test. Planning for the trade fair can now go ahead with certainty beyond the current year thanks to the Eurobike trade fair date of June 25 to 29, 2025.

Stefan Reisinger, Managing Director of fairnamic GmbH, explains: "Eurobike 2025 is being brought slightly forward to the end of June, before the start of the main holiday season in most markets. The early announcement of the date gives the global bicycle and EcoMobility industry the certainty they need and we are delighted that after the exceptional year 2024 with the Olympic Games and European Championship soccer fixtures in Frankfurt, we will again be able to start before the Tour de France in 2025."

VeloBerlin and Asiabike Jakarta: Two Eurobike satellites in 2024

Ahead of the flagship trade fair in Frankfurt, VELOBerlin will present innovations and trends from the bicycle world from April 13 to 14, 2024. This is already the twelfth edition of the successful format in the capital. With an extensive program and more than 200 exhibitors, generous test tracks, stage talk, workshops and races, Berlin is again host to a celebration of the love of cycling.

From April 30 to May 4, 2024, the premiere of Asiabike Jakarta will take place in Indonesia. The venue is the JIE (Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran) where the third edition of the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) will take place in parallel. The new trade fair's product portfolio includes traditional bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters, e-motorcycles and all areas of related supply chains. fairnamic has the perfect setup courtesy of Messe Frankfurt's partner network to expand an existing specialist electric mobility trade fair with Asiabike Jakarta.

Eurobike Istanbul 2024 will not take place as planned

With the announcement of its premiere in October 2023, Eurobike Istanbul has new industry expectations for bicycles, e-bikes, clothing and accessories in Turkey and the surrounding regions. Following the Turkish government's announcement at short notice of local elections on the planned date of the trade fair – this automatically leads to a ban on events in Turkey – the trade fair premiere of Eurobike Istanbul was meant to be rescheduled a week earlier, from March 20 to 23, 2024. A postponement of an inaugural event at such short notice was considered too challenging by the Turkish Bicycle Industry Association BISED, the organizer Messe Frankfurt Istanbul and fairnamic GmbH as the licensor. All the parties are now working together to reschedule the premiere of Eurobike Istanbul.
